Professional skills I have developed over more than twelve years in the Construction and Project Management area, have made me a reliable partner with the main goal of creating real value. With the prestigious PMP certification from PMI and an MSc in Economics and Logistics from Erasmus University, my skills include a well-rounded approach to all projects. Among the achievements, there is one of the projects that I have led which is the implementation of the two methodologies Waterfall and Agile without conflict. Not only do I offer management in project implementation as a contractor including strategic business planning and risk management, but I am also a strong communicator, a cross-functional facilitator, a team builder, and a problem solver so we can deploy the project. My constant pursuit of high standards, together with my visionary approach, makes me a dependable partner in reforming the Construction and Project Management domains.
